Location: Colonial Vista Post Acute - Wenatchee, WA
Wage: DOE - $36-$43/hour

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate resident care plans to ensure individualized, high-quality nursing services.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote the best outcomes.
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Participate in assessments, documentation, and care conferences.
Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members.
Qualifications
Current LPN or RN license in the state of Washington.
Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
