Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care plans to ensure individualized, high-quality nursing services.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote the best outcomes.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Participate in assessments, documentation, and care conferences.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Washington.
- Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
