* Implementing life skills sessions
* Collaborating with the Case Manager Supervisor on other subsidy funds
* Assisting individual consumers and/or property owners in completing forms
* Providing resident information through scheduled briefings and workshops
* Coordinating high and medium risk cases with Housing Resources
* Providing tenant and landlord information through scheduled briefings and workshops
* Assembling information for report preparation
* Organizing, maintaining, and purging departmental and client files
* Preparing and typing correspondence, reports, forms, contracts, and documents from drafts or notes
* Proofreading and checking materials for accuracy and compliance
* Entering and retrieving data daily, preparing reports, establishing databases, and reviewing for accuracy

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with experience in housing counseling, business, real estate, accounting, housing authority, or property management, or a related field. Equivalent education and experience are preferred.
