Opportunity Highlights

Provide care in a variety of environments: hospital, SNFs, and some in‑home visits

Part‑time: 16 hours / week, Dayshift Monday‑Friday with flexibility, NO weekends or call!

Collegial and supportive team

Direct employment with SSM Health; paid occurrence‑based malpractice insurance

Qualifications

Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program

Ability to obtain NP licensure in Wisconsin

Wisconsin DEA registration

Experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
