Touchmark at Fairway Village is Vancouver Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Manager .
As the Home Care Manager , you will manage the Home Care Services and Concierge departments that serves our residents. If you are an experienced leader in the health care field, able to build and grow the home care business, looking for the opportunity to serve others and guide a team of care professionals to greatness, we’d love to speak with you!
Position & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration preferred, business administration or related field, or 2+ years of experience managing a Home Care department or other industry like business;
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
Ability to deal tactfully with team members, clients, family members, visitors, state agency personnel, and the general public;
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
Ability to quickly learn new software systems, and prior experience working in scheduling and billing software(s).

Communicate with patience, tact, positivity, confidentiality (HIPPA), transparency and honesty, and professional boundaries to residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, team members and the general public.
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Coordinate services with other community health care providers
Ensure the provision of safe and appropriate services in accordance with written service plans and that care assignments are based on the caregiver’s abilities, skills, and competence
