In this role you will:

Provide exceptional Customer Care to all Gordon Flesch Company customers both internal and external

Maintain and promote a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication at all levels

Promptly and professionally support high volumes of customer phone calls through to resolution; handling an average 1,000 queue calls per month

Process toner and supply orders, along with service requests, received through various methods of communication

Leveraging internal resources, provide basic troubleshooting support for customer calls, and appropriately route internally to Service or Technical Support when needed

Invoice Centralized Dispatch and Billable Service Calls making adjustments as needed

Process Service & Supply Invoice edits and voids

Resolve shipping related issues such as tracers, call tags, and claims

Process supply returns with call tags & equipment

As needed, follow up with Dealers regarding pending Centralized Dispatch calls

Utilize Customer Device monitoring software to fulfill Just in Time shipments

Provide support to the Field Service Team

You should have:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to provide effective telephonic customer support in a high volume environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently while being able to problem solve

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Provide excellent customer service

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
