Flex position (Part-time to Full-Time) | 0.6 - 1.0 FTE (48 - 80 hours/pp) | 8-12-hour varied shifts | Rotation every 3rd weekend plus Christmas 2025

Responsibilities Serves as liaison between Information Systems and assigned departments.
Facilitates effective integration of applications across departments.
Provides EMR training to all employed and locum providers.
Works with management, users, and system vendors to document and resolve problems, coordinate system changes, and assist user departments in developing procedures to complement the application systems.
Interacts with all levels of the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of application system functions.
With vendor support and user department participation, develops appropriate training materials to assist user departments in maintaining effective operations.
Develops skills in the use of report writer programs to create reports that assist user departments in working with the application systems.
Organizes multiple assigned projects concurrently through effective time and resource management.
Researches and makes recommendations on appropriate projects, situations, and/or problems.

Qualifications Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
Additional Requirements Meditech experience required.
Three years of experience in applying analytical tools to improve processes and resolve problems.
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
Experience with data analysis, data management related to systems evaluation, clinical research, and analysis tools/methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of hospital information systems.
Annual flu vaccination or declination.
