What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience

Ability to analyze complex data and leverage insights to develop strategic sales plans

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals

Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments with strong interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular sales

Experience launching products in competitive markets

Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights

Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
