JOB Summary:The Midtown Utilization Management Nurse serves as the overall coordinator of care for members of Eskenazi Health Advantage and MDWise, collaborating in tandem with Inpatient Case Managers, clinic staff, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, nursing staff, and patients/families to provide seamless and efficient service for those within his/her assignment.This position is responsible for managing each member's plan of care, monitoring for appropriate resource utilization, and collaborating with the inpatient team as well as outpatient providers to coordinate the patient's plan of care.REQUIREMENTS: Current Indiana nursing license Minimum of 4 years clinical nursing experiencePosted by StartWire..
