Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with updates on customer needs, market dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
Monitor business performance against objectives to support effective planning and sales impact
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma with relevant work experience
0-3 years of relevant work experience for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified territory parameters
Preferred Qualifications Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with healthcare professionals
Proficient in using advanced analytics to drive sales
Comfortable leveraging multi-channel tools and technology
Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
