What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company\'s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience
0-3 years of relevant work experience for S1 Level; 3+ years of sales experience or 6 years of relevant work experience for S2 Level
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distances of designated territories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
