What to Expect Job Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and standards
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning
What is Required Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Experience using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified distances of the territory
How to Stand Out Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cardiovascular sales
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficient in using advanced analytics for customer insights
