Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio
Conduct compliant sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide regular updates to management on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 level; 3+ years for S2 level)
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
Must reside within designated territory or be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or consultative roles within healthcare
Background in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with healthcare professionals
Proficiency in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Demonstrated proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset
