We are currently hiring for positions throughout New Hampshire!
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining caseloads and implementing in-home services as referred by DCYF.
Collaborating with DCYF on treatment plans, referrals, and documentation.
Providing parent education, supervised visitation, and support in home and community settings.
Assessing client risks and ensuring safety.
Transporting clients, including installation of car seats and booster seats.
Participating in an on-call rotation for family support.
Documenting all clinical contacts via Electronic Health System.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
Minimum two years’ experience working with children and families preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
