Overview Under immediate to general supervision, the candidate will provide case management to youth, ages 12 to 15, on the school's campus. Other duties include managing referrals, linking youth and families to community resources, and serving as liaison between New Horizons Behavioral Health and the school(s).

Participating in recruitment of individuals to the program by attending PTA and Open House meetings at schools

Population Served Works with the following population : Male and female youth, ages twelve (12) to fifteen (15).
Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements : High school diploma / GED with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in this field OR the completion of a Bachelor's degree in human services / social science (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a related discipline) and one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals with mental health disorders. The Bachelor's degree must be in the above named fields to be MHC eligible (Mental Health Clinician). Must have a driver1e license, an insured vehicle and a clean driving record , as this position is required to transport.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree and experience in working with individuals with mental disorders.
Days & Time Days & Time : This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Pay Pay : $31,000 per year
