Case Manager – Community Support Services
Location: Port Angeles, WA (On-site only)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $24 to $27 per hour (DOE/DOQ)

What You’ll Do

Deliver person‑centered case management services.

Support clients in accessing housing, food, transportation, and employment.

Collaborate with hospitals and community agencies.

Provide psychoeducational and supportive counseling.

Maintain compliance with documentation and confidentiality standards.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field.

2+ years of experience in case management or clinical services.

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings and provide vaccination records (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu).

Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration credential (assistance provided).
