Job Overview
Our client, a well‑established organization, is seeking a Case Manager to join their team! This role will be remote.
Responsibilities
Conduct client interviews and assessments to determine needs and program eligibility
Review and verify client information and supporting documentation
Provide assistance and connect clients with appropriate resources
Communicate clearly and professionally through written and verbal channels
Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality of client information
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate services
Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
Experience in a nonprofit or client services environment preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
