Case Manager – OWI Treatment Court

Join JusticePoint as a Case Manager supporting individuals participating in the Dane County OWI Treatment Court, a post‑conviction program designed to reduce recidivism and support long‑term recovery for drivers convicted of impaired driving offenses.
The Case Manager works within a team‑based model to provide structured case management, coordinate treatment and recovery services, and ensure participants meet legal and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized case plans that incorporate criminogenic risks, treatment needs, Driver Safety Plan requirements, and recovery goals.
Supervise participants and coordinate compliance with court orders, including treatment attendance, alcohol monitoring, and recovery programming.
Administer observed urine drug and alcohol screenings, risk and needs assessments (e.g., COMPAS/ORAS), and coordinate with clinicians for ASAM‑based treatment planning.
Provide direct supervision and case management to a caseload of OWI Treatment Court participants.
Deliver or facilitate access to evidence‑based cognitive‑behavioral interventions (e.g., MRT, T4C, Decision Points).
Document all participant contact, progress, and incidents in the electronic case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator to advance participant success and program fidelity.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and accountability.
Client‑centered approach grounded in evidence‑based practice.
Experience or knowledge in substance use disorder treatment and court‑based programs is preferred.
Salary
$53,700.00 – $72,600.00 per year (location: Madison, WI)
