Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Care Manager to join us on a part-time basis during night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to residents' needs during night shift hours, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Conduct rounds and checks to ensure the security and cleanliness of the facility.
Document observations, incidents, and care provided in the resident’s records accurately and timely.
Communicate any concerns or changes in resident status to nursing staff or higher management promptly.
Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to maintain a high standard of care.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Indiana CNA license required.
Previous experience in a caregiving or care management role is an asset.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and make sound decisions regarding resident care.
Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of others.
