Minimum 2 years of relevant experience serving children and families in child welfare, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, primary health care, or social services.
Case load of 1–20 individuals.
Experience coordinating and participating in team settings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural, ethnic, and racial communities.
Self‑directed and able to work beyond immediate oversight.
Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean MVR; completion of an online Defensive Driving course may be required.
Abilities & Working Conditions
Available to work evenings and/or weekends.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.

Pay
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour based on education and experience.
