Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in Gowanus.
Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Responsibilities Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of the appointment.
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative, community environment.
Qualifications Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
