Responsibilities
Make patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow.
Respond to patient phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through out-of-network experience.
Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
Demonstrate high level of customer service at all times.
Follow the company SPEAR-IT values: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork.
Maintain a high copay collections rate.
Show up ten minutes early and understand urgency behind patient needs.
Enter patient data with high accuracy.
Qualifications
No experience required. Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented.
Passion for helping others.
Great communication skills and friendly personality.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond.
