Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified and passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Chelsea- W16th St. clinic.
Responsibilities Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also controlling the flow of the appointment.
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
Execute 5-star customer service; foster a collaborative community environment for patients and team members.
Qualifications Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
