Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in New Jersey. Care Coordinators support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also managing the flow of appointments. They respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours, guide patients through the out-of-network experience, and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. A 5-star customer service standard is expected. Spear fosters a collaborative community environment for patients and team members.
Base pay range $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Responsibilities Support patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued and by helping manage appointment flow.
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet patients entering the clinic with a smile.
Deliver 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
