Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Clinton Hill- Fulton St. clinic in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of the appointment.
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative team environment to ensure patients receive the care and support they need.
Qualifications Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
