Overview Join Our Team: Blended Case Manager (BCM)

Compensation Base hourly rate: Up to $22+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $24+/hour.
For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $33+/hour.
Annual starting earnings potential: including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team\'s hard work and dedication.

$2,500 annually for on-call , contingent upon on-call duties performed.
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or
Registered nurse ; or
High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science, and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
