Youth Residential Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Youth Residential Care Coordinator! Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑minded, forward‑thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well‑being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeast and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

Essential Functions

Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals.

Ensures complete and accurate patient registration

Discusses and consults health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients and family members

Develops care plans with the team.

Coordinate clinical and social services that are problem‑focused and build on individual, family, and community strengths.

Contact insurance companies to ensure approval requirements are met.

Provides medical information to financial services for maximum health facility and patient reimbursements.

Establishes and maintains relationships with service providers.

Maintains professionalism and treats patients with respect.

Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.

Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross‑systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.

Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical specialization or 3+ years in behavioral health. Master’s degree preferred.

A license in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work in the state is preferred.

Experience working with adolescents or young adults with mental health and substance use disorders.

Experience in the clinical intake and assessment process.

Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.

Experience with multi‑need individuals and families.

Broad knowledge of community service systems.

Willing to participate in and lead cross‑systems team‑building activities.

Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.

Must be able to operate in an Internet‑based, automated office environment.
