Responsibilities
As a Full‑time Life Skills Coach at YouthQuest’s Independent Living Apartment Program, you will actively engage with young adults, ages 17‑21, preparing them for successful transition into the community. You will serve as a positive role model, supporting residents in developing money management skills, obtaining employment, completing applicable education, learning daily living skills, and exploring career development opportunities. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of the resident transitional living plan and assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.

Education and Experience Required
The selected candidate will meet at least one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in any field plus two years of experience in providing case management services to children and families.

Human services Bachelor’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with experience providing case management services to children/youth and their families (preferred).

Human services Master’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with a student placement providing case management services to children/youth and their families.
