WIOA PROWD Case Manager – East Tennessee Human Resource Agency
Join us in providing essential support to participants in the Partners for Reentry Opportunities in Workforce Development (PROWD) initiative.
Responsibilities
Provide services to participants through PROWD ensuring assessment and tracking.
Ensure completion of education and training of participants.
Provide support and assistance during incarceration and upon release to remove barriers to employment once PROWD program participants re‑enter society.
Serve PROWD program participants of the Federal Correction Institute (FCI) Memphis low‑security facility, minimum‑security satellite camp and Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville area Residential Reentry Centers (RRCs).

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or lived experience.
Highly creative in developing approaches to reach target audiences.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of workforce and/or economic development preferred.
