Overview
Utilization Management Coordinator (Non RN Position) Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The Utilization Review Coordinator is the key position for facilitating communication between the UM team and the payor. The UM Coordinator will also be responsible for various projects relating to the success of the UM program. The Utilization Review Coordinator will continue to seek knowledge of the industry, assigned payors, and maintain a strong knowledge of the overall departmental and organization functions.

Minimum Education & Experience Required

High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree (or higher) in a field related to Business or Health Care preferred.

1 or more years of administrative work history preferred, such as front office, secretary, clerical.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience
