Overview Are you a compassionate, resourceful nurse who enjoys making a difference, one phone call at a time? Ascentist Healthcare is searching for a self-motivated, patient-centric Registered Nurse to join our Triage team.
In the Triage RN role, you will answer incoming calls, assess patient needs, offer guidance, handle prescription refills, and document encounters in our EMR system. You’ll collaborate with providers, document encounters, and ensure patients feel heard, supported, and informed. Prescription refill management, patient education, and care coordination are also key parts of this role.
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, confident in their clinical skills, comfortable with technology, and passionate about patient care. You’ll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where communication, problem-solving, and collaboration are highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time (M-F, no weekends)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Locations: Remote – may be required to come onsite for training purposes
Compensation: Market Range

Experience: 1 year of Triage call experience and Primary care experience
