Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic & talented Full-time Therapist/Case Manager. We are a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). Our patients are males and females ages 6-21 with a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency illnesses.
Responsibilities:
Provide case management for each patient, including contact with referring agencies as required.
Complete documentation within required timelines.
Perform psychosocial assessments and document findings.
Document patient behavior and interventions in the clinical record.
Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions, and document appropriately.
This is a full-time position, primarily Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends every 3-6 weeks.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Human Services field with at least two years of experience as a social worker or counselor.
Active or pursuing South Carolina licensure as a social worker or counselor, with certification within 6 months.
Specialized training in evidence-based interventions preferred.
Valid SC driver’s license.
Knowledge of therapeutic relationships, adolescent development, behavior management, crisis management, assessment, counseling, and psychopathology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
