Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated Physician in UT to join our Medical Treatment network, enhancing our capacity to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves delivering compassionate care, partnering with patients on their holistic health journey, and providing education and support. Our services address mental health needs beyond ADHD, including conditions such as anxiety and mood disorders, with resources available nationwide.

Duties / Responsibilities
Utilize video conferencing to conduct virtual appointments with patients
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and other related disorders tailored to individual patient needs
Prescribe and manage medications, educating patients on usage, side effects, and interactions
Deliver comprehensive patient education on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
Monitor patients progress during and after treatment and conduct follow-up appointments to assess effectiveness and adjustments
Maintain accurate, timely medical records for each patient; document assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans
Efficiently handle task completion, prescription refills, and patient inquiries
Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow providers to ensure optimal patient care
Report quality of care issues through established mechanisms
Attend relevant meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments and best practices
Maintain understanding of telemedicine regulatory changes and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Stay updated on latest advancements in mental health care and continually enhance knowledge
Fully comply with HIPAA policies and procedures to safeguard patient confidentiality
Complete any additional tasks as requested by the company
Qualifications
Specialized expertise in treatment and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, and related conditions in adults and/or children
Minimum 2 years in mental healthcare or 5 years in a primary care setting
Knowledge of DSM-5, GAD-7, PHQ-9 and other diagnostic tools
Passion for delivering accessible mental health care to diverse communities
Proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Patient-centered approach with emotional awareness
Understanding of state telemedicine laws and regulations
Previous telehealth experience preferred
Education / Licensure
Graduation from a US medical school or foreign medical school with ECFMG certification
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry
Board Certification or Board Eligible
Current, unrestricted state license
DEA license(s) and state controlled substance licenses, as applicable
