Responsibilities Provide direct supervision to the Case Managers, Health Care Navigator, and Intake Coordinator.
Provide direction and support to case managers as they serve Veteran clients.
Train and ensure that case managers follow procedures and guidelines of the SSVF grant.
Lead case staffings, case conferencing, and other staff meetings.
Maintain direct contact with clients to resolve questions or issues.
Approve check requests and confirm that spending is eligible under the grant.
Support a cohesive team mentality, encouraging partnership between team members for the benefit of the client.
Work with the Assistant Director and Director of Housing Services to review policy and procedures and use feedback from the SSVF Compliance Specialist to guide continuous quality management and improvement.
