If so, we invite you to join the Bowen Health team as a Case Manager / Skills Coach. As a Case Manager / Skills Coach at Bowen Health, you will play a pivotal role in assisting parents and children with psycho-social skills-building practices identified in the patient’s treatment plan. Your mission will be to help individuals develop essential life skills, coping strategies, social skills, and executive functioning skills.
Responsibilities Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.
Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in various community, home, and school settings.
Provide support and guidance to individuals in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of your patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Act as a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the individuals and families you serve.
Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Associate’s Degree
60 undergraduate college credits
High school diploma/GED with four years related experience
As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency – we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot between October and March and a TB test to further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications, but approval is not always guaranteed.
