Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient's needs
Conduct home visits in designated geographic territories
Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
Execute and document doctors' orders accurately
Perform client assessments and case management
Utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation
Qualifications: Current RN license in Maryland
Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred but not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and computer skills
Willingness to travel to assigned cases
