Responsibilities The Patient Care Manager - Hospice supports the Executive Administrator/Director of Clinical Operations in all patient care activities to ensure safe, efficient, care that complies with nursing, regulatory, medical, and payer standards.
Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
Promote quality of care and safety for patients and staff.
Investigate complaints and resolve problems thoroughly.
Provide staff in-services to promote health, safety, regulatory compliance, and address educational needs.
Minimum of 4+ years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent required.
Education and Experience License Requirements
Current RN licensure in the practice state and at least one year of clinical experience.
Current CPR Certification.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
