Day to Day Responsibilities
As a Full‑Time RN Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc., your primary responsibility is to manage case‑management files for injured employees within the workers' compensation framework. You will maintain constant communication with all relevant parties to ensure continuous monitoring of progress and strict adherence to evidence‑based guidelines. Your role includes educating providers, facilitating a smooth return‑to‑work process, and documenting proficiently in our case‑management software. Providing exemplary customer service, you will assist with specialist referrals, ensure optimal utilization of our provider network, and coordinate closely with employers and claims adjusters to support effective return‑to‑work efforts.
