We are looking for a Full‑Time RN Case Manager in Dallas to make a significant impact in workers' compensation case management. This onsite/hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and a Snack/Drink Room.

As an RN with a certification in case management, you will manage case‑management files for injured employees, maintain constant communication with all relevant parties, educate providers, facilitate return‑to‑work processes, document in our case‑management software, develop comprehensive care plans, and coordinate with employers and claims adjusters. You will provide exemplary customer service and ensure optimal utilization of our provider network.

Does this sound like you?
To excel in this role you must possess a valid RN license, a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in nursing, a certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, COHN, etc.), at least 5 years of nursing experience, familiarity with workers' compensation processes, and hands‑on case‑management experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential.
