Your Day to Day
Primary responsibility: manage case management files for injured employees within the workers' compensation framework. Maintain constant communication with all relevant parties, ensure strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines, educate providers, facilitate a smooth return-to-work process, and document proficiently in case management software. Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate closely with employers and claims adjusters to support effective return-to-work efforts.
Qualifications
Valid RN license and a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in nursing.
Certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, COHN).
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, familiarity with workers' compensation processes.
Case management experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (highly advantageous).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Problem‑solving ability, empathy, and commitment to integrity and stewardship.
