Responsibilities

Provide patient care across assessment, treatment, and follow-up in pediatric cardiology settings.

Support patients and families; coordinate care across multiple providers and healthcare teams.

Guide patients through the healthcare system and help them understand treatment plans; ensure timely access to resources.

Collaborate with clinical teams; participate in the design and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and services as appropriate.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

Experience: 1 year of registered nursing experience required; 3 years of related and relevant RN experience strongly preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia; American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required; specialty board certification strongly preferred.

Physical Demands
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent travel, and bending/stooping. Proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail and legible writing; ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases.

Compensation
Position Compensation Range: $85,820.80 - $113,401.60 annually.
