Document information pertaining to changes in residents’ status, needs and appointments
Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses notes and all other resident correspondence
Strong experienced as a Medication Aide
Provide orientation and on the job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides
Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating)
Measure, record and assist with wellness clinics
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits
Manage scheduling of clinical staff
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joy
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Complete on-going training as assigned
Complete other duties as assigned

Resident Care Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Wage: $20-25/hr DOE

Responsibilities

Document information pertaining to changes in residents’ status, needs and appointments
Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses notes and all other resident correspondence

Qualifications

High-School diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
Must have First Aid & CPR Certification upon hire, or receive within 30 days
Must have a Food Handlers Card, or receive within 30 days
Must have at least 1 year of strong caregiver or medication aide experience in senior living
