Resident Care Coordinator
Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift
Wage: $24-$26/hr DOE
Location: Arete at Gilman Grove - 2205 Gilman Drive, Oregon City, OR 97045
Responsibilities
Document information pertaining to changes in residents’ status, needs and appointments
Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses notes and all other resident correspondence
Strong experienced as a Medication Aide
Provide orientation and on the job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides
Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating)
Measure, record and assist with wellness clinics
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits
Manage scheduling of clinical staffCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joy
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Complete on-going training as assigned
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High‑School diploma or equivalent
HCA or CNA license preferred (required if you are applying in Washington)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have First Aid & CPR Certification upon hire, or receive within 30 days
Must have a Food Handlers Card, or receive within 30 days
Must have at least 1 year of strong caregiver or medication aide experience in senior living
