Behavioral Health Performance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Performance Supervisor to lead and enhance interventions aimed at meeting behavioral health HEDIS and Pay for Performance measures. This role involves collaborating with health plans and regional clinical leadership to implement strategies that boost HEDIS rates in behavioral health metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies in collaboration with clinical staff to improve compliance with key behavioral health HEDIS metrics and Pay for Performance (P4P) Measures.
  • Prepare and present financial impact and return on investment for initiatives requiring additional funding or resources.
  • Act as a liaison with quality improvement, health plan medical management, and other departments regarding current and planned interventions.
  • Collect input on how to impact outcomes and provide feedback to stakeholders on results.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of new and existing P4P and HEDIS initiatives, ensuring appropriate knowledge, education, and interventions for members within these measures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends or potential quality and clinical improvement opportunities based on best practices and stakeholder feedback.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in case and/or utilization management in a behavioral health or physical health care setting.
  • Knowledge of key behavioral or physical health-related HEDIS and performance measures.
  • Experience in implementing new interventions to affect HEDIS rates.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Current state's unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN preferred.
  • Experience with quality improvement and HEDIS.

Work Environment:

The role involves working closely with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement strategic interventions. It requires a collaborative environment where feedback from various stakeholders is valued to enhance performance measures.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
