Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional Case Manager
Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $24.50/hr
Overview
The Case Manager/QIDP advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities by coordinating services and ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance. This role leads the development and implementation of service plans, maintains regular client and family contact, responds to crises, and monitors outcomes to support integration and well-being.
Responsibilities
Facilitate team communication, conduct site visits, lead meetings, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with agency goals and standards.

Obtain and maintain required certifications (QIDP Train the Trainer, Safety Care, First Aid and CPR) during employment.
Qualifications and requirements
Knowledge of theories, methodologies, technologies, and Federal and State laws and regulations pertinent to the field of developmental disabilities.
Operate a personal vehicle as necessary for transportation needs of persons served and movement between program/worksites.
Utilize and operate Agency computer equipment for word processing/data management, and telephone systems.
