Position Summary
Applies clinical expertise to assess, plan, and coordinate healthcare services for members. Utilizes clinical guidelines and judgment to make coverage determinations and facilitate appropriate care. Engages with providers to support treatment plans and identifies opportunities for referrals and program integration. Promotes quality and effective benefit utilization, consults with internal and external stakeholders, and meets productivity and quality standards. Requires strong computer proficiency, multitasking, and effective verbal and written communication in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in Med‑Surg
Must have active, current and unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Authorization Experience
Utilization Management Experience
Managed Care experience preferred
Education
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.

Anticipated weekly hours: 40
Time type: Full time
Pay range: $26.01 – $56.14 per hour
Regular pay range represents base hourly rate or annual salary for all positions in the job grade
