Palliative Care Physician in Beautiful Greeley, CO at North Colorado Medical Center

This position serves the growing community in Northern Colorado at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide primarily inpatient care helping patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illnesses and symptom management.
Overview Position Requirements and Information:
Responsibilities Primarily inpatient coverage with clinic once per week
Monday-Friday work schedule with 4 10 hour shifts/week
8-10 patients per day; treating patients with cancer, dementia, neurological disorders and other illnesses
No evenings, weekends, or call
Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
Build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
Current team is comprised of 2 NPs, MSW, Practice Coordinator, and an MA
Hospital privileges at North Colorado Medical Center
Qualifications BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
3+ years of experience preferred
