Phone Triage Nurse – HCA Healthcare

Join our team as a Phone Triage Nurse and help patients receive timely, high‑quality care.

What You’ll Do

Manage patient flow, including screening, exam preparation, general nursing care, and admissions.

Provide instructions to patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.

Maintain and review patient records, posting test and exam results.

Administer medications per physician orders.

Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.

Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including triage when needed.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited school of registered nursing.

1‑3 years of registered nursing experience (preferred).

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in compliance with state regulations.

Current license information listed on application.
