At InspireKids, we’re more than a clinic—we’re a family-driven team working to transform the lives of children ages 4–12 navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Based in Garfield Heights, Ohio, our state-of-the-art facility offers Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and community-based programs that provide a compassionate, structured, and supportive environment.
We are hiring a Case Manager to play a central role in the care and recovery of our young patients. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with children and families, providing behavioral health support, care coordination, and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Behavioral Health Support: Provide direct supervision and support for children in treatment

Help implement individualized treatment plans in a structured, therapeutic environment

Monitor and document behavior, participation, and progress

Support activities of daily living, including hygiene and meals

Lead structured therapeutic and social-emotional group activities

Use trauma-informed strategies to de-escalate and respond to crises

Escort children to sessions and appointments as needed

Communicate with therapists and medical staff to ensure continuity of care

Care Coordination

Serve as a liaison for families navigating mental health, legal, and school systems

Support communication with courts, probation officers, and community providers

Help children and caregivers access services such as education, housing, and aftercare

Provide psychoeducation to families about behavioral health and development

Participate in discharge planning and aftercare coordination

Attend clinical staff meetings and contribute to treatment planning

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records, case notes, and service logs in compliance with policy

Adhere to HIPAA, safety, and child welfare standards

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or youth services (6–12 months preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Capable of maintaining a safe, structured environment

Skilled in crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed care

Organized and timely with documentation

Able to build trust with children and families from diverse backgrounds

Committed to ethical standards and patient confidentiality

Licensure/Certifications

CPR certification preferred

Must pass a background check and drug screening
