Description Beltone New England is seeking a dedicated and motivated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Trainer to join our team. This unique role combines front office responsibilities with the opportunity to train, mentor, and support new team members .

Job Type: Full Time / 8 hour shifts / No Weekends
As a PCC Trainer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within your assigned clinic while helping develop consistent processes across our network. You’ll contribute directly to improving team performance, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting long-term employee growth and retention.
Compensation $18.00 / hour during training and while serving as a Patient Care Coordinator
$22.00 / hour once you have successfully completed training.
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities Ensure quality customer service, oversee the daily operation of services for practice and the execution of contracts, deposits and billing.
Greet new and existing patients like they are family.
Schedule patients’ appointments either in person or over the phone.
Handle a three-line phone system.
Call established patients for their yearly checkup.
Maintain patients’ files abiding by HIPAA regulations.
Respect patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality.
Knowledgeable in verifying patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits through all insurance carriers.
Prepare, receive, and distribute mail /packages using USPS or Federal Express.
Maintains patient database by entering new information as it becomes available.
Prepare and generate reports for both the clinic and the home office.
Must be knowledgeable in Word and Outlook
Keep the office clean and orderly.
Ability to multitask

Perform other tasks as directed.
Training Responsibilities as a Patient Care Coordinator Facilitate LMS, virtual, in-person, and hands-on training
Lead new hire onboarding using the “Learn, Try, Do” model.
Track and report on trainee progress; escalate concerns as needed.
Provide 1:1 and group coaching in Months 1-3.
Deliver refresher training for current PCCs and HCPs.
Facilitate peer learning groups and SME sessions.
Support SOP rollouts, company initiatives and targeted skill training.
Assist in developing the Front Office Resource Team (FORT) and SMEs.
Provide backup coverage for offices as needed.
This position requires regular travel to other office locations in New England to provide training and support as needed.

Requirements Experience as a PCC, or in a healthcare front office role.
Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to balance clinic work with training duties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and LMS tools preferred.
